finally! a new painting!
this one, i think...she's pretty self-assured. she's
definitely a woman that knows what she wants, sort of like me...
i like her!
please make a suggestion for a title for her. so far
it's 'she knows'...but that was off the cuff and I didn't give
it much thought, so,
let me know what you think.
and...thanks for viewing!

ps~have you noticed the huge difference in the new post editor for the image sizes of large or xtra large. personally, that has been driving me crazy. they need an in-between size...:)

she seems very secure of herself .
and you too , because you posted details of the painting . every painter should do this .
Editor for sizes: Calli, I just double-click inside the picture after it is in place (right, center, or left) then you grab the little square and resize picture to your heart's content.
If you want to keep the same ratio, you'd grab it by the corner, and corner. Otherwise you can extend either direction.
I hope I'm making it clear for you, and that I understood your problem.
OH! A name for her, my first thought before I read your first choice: "Whatever"
Peace to you.
Thanks Caio! You know, I am always thinking that I should not describe my feelings behind my paintings, and leave the interpretation fully to the viewer, but maybe it's okay to do so. :)
Steve~ I do get your instructions, but had no idea I could re-size within the post editor...where did you get so smart? ;) thanks!
and omg~ "Whatever" is so funny! and whenever my 24 year old says that, or my brother (they're famous for that) it just pisses me off...;)
But it fits here and she does seem a little cocky, doesn't she?! ;)
Hey Calli
Have sent you a mail..pls do chk.
I really hope you would join us with your wonderful art.
And she does seem so assured of herself. Her blue eyes have a depth in it. "I, Me and Myself" suits her according to me..Real confident!
very blue, and awesome eyes
She's gorgeous Calli, she's You.
How about
Here I Am...Waiting.
Thanks for your beautiful comment at Spice of Life the other day, Calli.
Love the hue of blue you use for the eyes in some of your portraits -- really, really nice touch.
Have a great week,
Michael
I agree with you, she seems self assured.;) Great painting!
I visited the link on your sidebar that took me to a magazine; that was very fascinating. What an incredibly enigmatic kind of art! I would have to do some more research, but I think one of the artist have been having exhibitions in my city.
You have a lovely place here; thank you so much for your visit and very kind words.;)
